Presented in
collaboration with the Lansing Area African American Genealogical Society
FHWGS and LAAAGS
present the 42-minute video, researched and documented by husband and wife
team Mike and Dorothy Matrich. Included are rare images of Fredrick
Douglass, Sojourner Truth and Adam Crosswhite, with narration tracing
Underground Railroad connections in the Mid-West, as well as Battle Creek,
and Cass, Calhoun and Kalamazoo counties. A Q&A follows the video
presentation.
